跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗

OPEN REDUCTION OF THE INTRA-ARTICLAR FRACTURE OF CALCANEUS

我科自1993年11月～1995年2月时跟骨舌型骨折和中央塌陷型骨折7例9足采用距跟关节外侧切口，整复距跟关书面，恢复跟节角（Bohler角）和Gissane角[1]，纠正外伤性平足，跟骨骨折基本或完全达到解剖恢复，随访半年～1年半，效果满意。

From November 1993 to February 1995, 7 cases(9 foot) of the tongue type and centre collapse type frac- ture of the calcaneus were treated with open reduction. Authors used a lateral approch of the talocalcaneal articulation,re- ducted the articular surface of the talocalcaneal articulation, recovered Bohler's angle and Gissane's angle, corrected the traumatic flat- feet. The defects of the calcaneus folowed the reduction were filled with corresponcing cliac bone grafts. The patients were follwed up 6 to 18 months and the results were excellent in 8 and good in 1. Anthors suggest that the best op-portunity of the operation be around 7- 10 days after fractures.
