刺血疗法配合中药治疗高血压脑病40例临床观察

Observation on the effect of the chinese herbal medicine combined with bloodletting therapy on hypertensive encephalopathy

目的探讨中药配合刺血疗法治疗高血压脑病的疗效。方法采用中药配合刺血疗法对40例高血压脑病患者进行治疗观察,并与单纯西药治疗组36例作对照,评定疗效并对其原理进行探讨。结果中药配合刺血疗法治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为28%和88%,单纯西药治疗组显效率和总有效率分别是16%和72%。结论中药配合刺血疗法治疗高血压脑病是一种有效的方法,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the chinese herbal medicine combined with bloodletting therapy on hypertensive encepnalopathy. Methods To observe the effect, 40 patients of high blood pressure brain disease were treated with the chinese herbal medicine combined with bloodletting therapy, and 36 patients were treated with western medicine as a control. The curative effect and its principle was analyzed. Results The efficiency and total efficiency using chinese herbal medicine combined with bloodletting therapy were 28 % and 88 % respectively, while they were 16 % aad 72 % is pure western medicine treatment group. Conclusion The effect of the chinese herbal medicine combined with bloodletting therapy on hypertensive encephalopathy is higher than the pure western medicine treatment sets,so it is a kind of valid method worth expanding.
