通过53例面颈部淋巴结结核病例分析，就其临床特点、误诊原因及鉴别诊断进行了讨论，认为误诊率高（45．28％）的原因与临床特点有关。

Through the analysis for 53 cases of face- neck lyphonodus tuberculosis, the auther discussed these diseases' clinical characterastics, misdiagnostic reasons and differential diagnoses,and believes the high disdiagnostic rate has relation with clinical characteristics.
