试论新形势下高校体育教师的自我教育

摘要 新《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》在课程构建理念、性质、目标、结构、内容与教学方法、评价、管理等方面,都较原来的课程有了重大创新和突破,这给广大高校体育教师提出了新的更高的要求。广大体育教师必须加强职后教育,尤其是自我教育,以适应新课改的需要。本文从实施自我教育的依据、自我教育的内容、自我教育的实施途径方面进行了探讨。 The Guideline for the Teaching of University Physical Education in Normal Full-time Universities, in the following aspects like the curriculum construction ideas, nature, goals, structure, content and instructing ways, evaluation and management etc., has the significant innovation and the breakthrough, which set the new higher request for the general university gym instructors. The general gym instructor must strengthen the post-vocational education, especially self-education, to meet the need of the new curriculum reforms. This paper discusses the questions such as self-education the basis, the self-education content, the self-education implementation approaches.
