摘要 为了分析和评价稠油开采注过热蒸汽工艺的效果及技术条件,根据热量传热原理和流体流动理论,建立了过热蒸汽流动与传热数学模型,计算了过热蒸汽沿程的温度分布和压力分布,对比了不同流量的注汽效果。结果表明,随着地面注汽管线和井深的增加,过热蒸汽的过热度和压力明显下降。随着过热蒸汽流量的增大,沿程摩阻系数增大,出口压力降低,过热度减小,出口比焓升高,井底压力明显小于湿蒸汽压力。注过热蒸汽适于压力低、埋藏浅的油藏开发,不适于较厚的块状油层。 In order to evaluate the injection effect and determine the technical conditions of injecting superheated steam in heavy oil recovery , the flow and heat transfer mathematical model of the superheated steam is established on the basis of heat transfer principle and fluid flow theory. The temperature and pressure distribution of the fluids along the pipeline and wellbore are calculated. The superheated steam injecting effect at different flow rates are compared. The results show that the degree of superheat and pressure of the superheated steam drop obviously as the length of pipeline and the depth of wellbore increase. On way friction coefficient and export specific enthalpy will increase and the export pressure and the degree of superheat will decline as the flow rate of the superheated steam increases. The downhole pressure of the superheated steam is less then that of wet steam. The superheated steam is fit for wells with low reservoir pressure, shallow and thin oil layers.
