摘要
为了解决SS4G型电力机车TPZ27型电子柜测试系统手动操作繁琐、准确度和工作效率低等方面的不足,论文介绍了一种将计算机技术、数据库技术和现代测量技术相结合的系统测试方案,给出了系统的软硬件设计方案及系统应用分析;系统借助虚拟仪器技术和PCI数据采集卡,用计算机模拟机车运行工况,通过数据采集卡以及外围处理电路给定电子柜输入信号,并采集电子柜的输出信号,再通过软件对数据进行分析处理,从而方便地实现对电子柜的检测;并对机车牵引制动双闭环词速控制系统进行建模,从而实现了传统仪器不能实现系统的闭环测试。
In order to resolve the disadvantage of current measuring system for TPZ27 electron box of SS4G electric locomotive, such as cockamamie manual work, inaccurate results and low efficiency. A measuring scheme combining computer and database technology and modern measuring technology is introduced, the software and hardware implementation scheme and application analysis for this system are presented. Computer is used for simulating the running situation of electric locomotive by virtue of virtual instrument and PCI DAQ cards. The test bench can expediently inspect the electron box, by using the PCI DAQ cards and peripheral processing electro-circuit to output and input the test signals, and using the application software to analyze the input data. Furthermore the software can model the dual-closed-loop timing system of the locomotive traction and brake, which never has been realized in the former test system.
