A Study on the Direct Investment of China's Enter Prises the Optimization of lndustrial Structure

企业对外直接投资可以促进产业结构优化,国外学者对此已有一些理论研究。中国企业对外直接投资在优化资源配置、推动技术发展基础上产业结构变革、提高产业素质、促进产业互动演进等方面推动了中国产业的优化,对此需要我们作进一步的分析研究,以期对实践有所启示。

It is known that the direct investment of enterprise can accelerate the optimization of industrial structure,and foreign learners have already deduced the conclusion in theory study. The direct investment of China＇s enterprise have promoted the optimization of industrial structure in allocating the resources properly,promoting the transformation of industrial structure which bases on technology development;enhancing the quality of industrial and boosting industrial development through mutual affecting. It is required that we should analyse and study the questions mentioned above by further step in order to serve the practice of direct investment of China＇s enterprise.
