生物膜蛋白质组学研究对阐述龋病机制的意义
摘要
龋病是一种危害人类口腔健康的主要疾病,其危害不分年龄、性别、人种、民族和职业,被世界卫生组织列为三大严重影响人类健康的疾病之一,对龋病发病机制的研究一直是口腔医学界关注的焦点。现代龋病学的研究认为,牙菌斑(dental plaque)由黏性基质和嵌入其中的细菌构成,具有典型的生物膜(biofilm)结构,是有序的微生态系统。
