摘要
为探讨用胰酶消化异体真皮来消除其再长出表皮的可能性。通过直接镜检、培养和移植后外观和组织学等方法观察真皮中的毛囊数,以及能否长出表皮。结果表明:用胰酶消化异体真皮80分钟,真皮仍较完整,毛囊数少,培养和移植后不能长出表皮。提示:①用胰酶消化异体真皮能减少带抗原性的上皮成分,消除其长出表皮的可能性。②胰酶消化异体真皮的时间,需要严格控制。
In order to investigate the possible re-epithelialization originated from the dermal epithe- lial components after trypsinization of the allo-dermis,microscopic observation,tissue culture study and histological observation after allo-grafting were adopted.The number of the hair follicles in dermal layer was counted in the study process.The results showed that a few of hair follicles in the structure of allo- dermis remained after trypsin digestion for 80 minutes.After culturing and grafting of such trypsinized dermis,none of the newly formed epithelium was observed.Conclusion:①Trypsinization of allo-dermis e- liminates the antigenic epithelial components of dermis preventing the possibility of re-epithelization;② Strictly controled time is required while digesting the allo-dermis with trypsin.
