左前降支远端病变致局限下壁心肌梗死二例 被引量:1

摘要 急性下壁心肌梗死患者的梗死相关动脉具有多变性,以左前降支远端为梗死相关动脉的下壁心肌梗死少见报道。2006年9月我院收治2例男性下壁心肌梗死患者,冠状动脉造影显示为左前降支远端狭窄,报告如下。
