第351例——高热、骨骼肌多发包块
摘要
患者男，14岁。因“持续发热头痛1个月余”于2006年8月15日入院。患者7月中旬受凉后发热，体温最高40℃，伴头痛、畏寒，在当地医院检查血象略高，予抗感染（具体不详）治疗无效。8月1日来我院门诊，血培养凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌阳性，骨髓穿刺未见异常，予硫酸阿奇霉素、头孢吡肟治疗，仍持续高热。
