摘要
现阶段,城市街区的兴建、发展已经超越了单纯的城市经济和城市形象需求,进一步融入了城市旅游蓬勃发展的潮流中,成为城市旅游的重要吸引物。当游客成为街区的重要光顾者和消费者时,城市街区在实践中已经出现了形态、业态、文化各个方面的新变化。在这样的背景之下,基于多学科角度的思考,以及现实的观察,提出了城市主题街区的概念,并系统地总结出了支撑、实现城市主题街区的五大要素。
Nowadays,the construction and the development of urban commercial streets are beyond the pure demand for urban economic and urban image,but have become one part of booming urban tourism and important urban tourism target.While the tourists become the important visitors and consumers,new changes including forms,business formats,culture,etc.have shown up in urban commercial streets.Considering the new situation,and the multi-principle perspectives as well as the practical observations,this paper presents the conception of urban theme street,and even systematically sums up the five factors which support and realize urban theme street.
