移植物开窗腔内隔绝治疗主动脉弓部动脉瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，75岁，体检胸片发现纵隔增宽，疑为主动脉瘤。于2006年10月17FI入院后主动脉MRA检查提示主动脉弓部动脉瘤，位于弓部小弯前侧，大小约5．5cm×5．0cm，头臂于动脉与左侧颈总动脉共干，共干开口呈椭圆形，大小约2．0cm×1．8cm，瘤体近端距离共干小于1．0cm，右侧椎动脉为优势动脉（图1）。腹主动脉并存一直径约2．5cm主动脉瘤。
