Alstrom综合征一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，21岁，2006年10月24日入院。患者为足月顺产，出生体重2．7kg，智力发育正常，8岁时起出现视力进行性下降，视物模糊，14岁出现肥胖，无头痛、嗅觉、听觉障碍，16岁时接近失明，不能学习和独立生活，一直未正规治疗。4个月前因外伤检查时发现双侧睾丸偏小，继而查性激素示：卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素、雌二醇、睾酮均偏低，为明确诊断来本院。父母非近亲结婚，无家族遗传病史。
