临床检验量值溯源及其标准物质的研究现状

介绍临床检验量值溯源及标准物质在临床检验领域的重要性与必要性,比较了国内外临床检验用标准物质及临床参考系统的研究现状。建议国家应投入资金,研制更多的高等级临床用标准物质,建立较完整的临床检验溯源体系,提高国际互认能力并降低重复测量费用。

Measurement traceability for clinical testing and the important role of certified reference materials in the clinical laboratory were introduced. The development of certified reference materials for clinical testing and clinical reference systems in developed countries were compared with our country’s. Our country should support more funds to develop more certified reference materials for clinical testing.Integrity measurement traceability for clinical field should be established in order to improve international mutual recognition and reduce medical treatment expenditure.
