取用桡动脉对前臂功能及血流的影响

摘要 随着冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的广泛开展,桡动脉作为血管移植旁路材料,应用也日益增加。伴随着二次旁路移植术患者的增加,将来对桡动脉血管材料的依赖也会更为突出。但桡动脉作为前臂两条重要的供血动脉之一,在实施冠状动脉旁路移植术中被获取后,对前臂中远期的感知、运动等功能以及前臂血流状况的影响还有待进一步明确。我们对此作了一些初步探讨。
