他莫昔芬通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶抑制前列腺癌细胞系PC3细胞增殖

摘要 他莫昔芬是选择性雌激素受体（ER）调节剂（SERM）。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（MAPK）主要包括细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶（ERK1／2）、c-JunN端应力激活蛋白激酶（JNK）和p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（p38）。他莫昔芬（TAM）通过ER可以激活MAPK。本实验旨在研究MAPK信号转导通路在他莫昔芬抑制雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞株PC3生长中的作用。
