心内直视手术中心肌保护的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 心脏手术期间,缺血、再灌注均可造成心肌细胞受损,因此,术中应采取切实、有效的心肌保护措施,以尽量减少心肌细胞受损程度。低温和心脏停跳是降低心肌氧耗,减轻缺血、再灌注损伤的最有效方法。
