摘要
介绍了在网络化制造环境中,产品配置设计系统的构成机理及其应用实例;采用了三层式的Browser/Server结构和分布计算模型设计系统体系结构,提出了在web浏览器中对产品BOM的约束施加,并对面向用户配置的各种人工智能解决约束满足问题(CSP)的配置算法进行比较。最终通过配置对比以及VRML等技术最大程度实现用户需求与产品最终配置结果快速、准确的吻合。
The structure and application of product configuration system in networked manufacturing environment is introduced .With the software system structure of Browser/Server mode and distributing computing model, the method of constraints applying and analysis of kinds of artificial intelligence configuration algorithm solving CSP are discussed in the paper. Result comparison and the VRML technology of the system provide the best performance of for rapid, accurate inosculation between the customer needs and product final configuration.
