摘要
介绍如何应用单片机实现电子束发生器加速电压控制系统的技术要求。阐述了系统的工作原理,分析了控制电路的工作过程。电压控制系统由PID调节器、电压电源、反馈环节、功率放大等组成。经过D/A转换,输出模拟信号给PID调节器,使用PID调节器在反馈环节的闭环控制作用下控制电压电源的电压输出,实现电压的稳定和调节,从而实现对电子束流的稳定和调节。
This paper introduces how to realize the accelerating voltage control system for the electronic beam generator by using the MCU. It describes the working principle and process of the system. This system is made up of PID regulationelectrical source the feedback circuit power amplifier etc. Through A/D converting, it outputs the analogue signal to the PID regulation, which controls the voltage output of the electrical source of voltage under the controlling action of the closed loop from the feedback circuit. Then the system realizes the stabilization and regulation of the voltage, and then it does the same to the electronic beam.
