摘要
在电气化铁路区段运行和整备作业的电力机车经常需要作业人员上车顶对机车进行检查维修工作。为防止因作业人员未遵循登顶作业安全规程,在接触网带电情况下登顶而引发的伤亡事故,急需研制一套机车天窗开启作业安全报警及联动接地装置,以保证作业安全。
The working electric locomotive in the electric railway sector frequently needs personnel to carry the inspection and maintenance.In order to prevent casualty caused by the operating personnel goes ascends without observing the operational security regulations, this paper developes a set of locomotives roof louver application to give alarm and linkage grounding, and guarantees the operational security.
