摘要
提出了在皮革染色过程中用计算机瑕疵检测处理系统代替传统的人眼检测及手动处理方式的解决方案;该系统利用计算机图像处理技术对采集到的皮革图像进行瑕疵检测,并根据检测结果控制自动装置进行瑕疵处理,大大提高了皮革染色过程的自动化程度和生产效率。
This paper presented a solution to replace eye check and manual disposal by computer check and disposal system dur- ing the process of leather dyeing.In the system,the computer checks the dyed leather by using image processing technology and disposes the blemishes automatically.By applying this system,the extent of automation and the production efficiency were both improved greatly.
