摘要 选择20窝仔猪,随机分为5组,每组4窝,研究饲料中添加不同抗生素组合对哺乳仔猪生产性能和肠道菌群的影响,形成5个处理,即:土霉素+阿美拉霉素组、金霉素+黄霉素组、土霉素+黄霉素组、喹乙醇+黄霉素组、磺胺嘧啶+三甲氧苄胺嘧啶组。分别在21、35日龄取粪样进行大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌测定。结果表明:在哺乳前期,各不同抗生素组合对仔猪日增重影响不显著(P>0.05),在哺乳后期,50 mg/kg土霉素+20 mg/kg黄霉素组对日增重影响显著(P<0.05),试验全期100 mg/kg喹乙醇+20 mg/kg黄霉素组抗腹泻效果显著(P<0.05);21、35 d,磺胺嘧啶+三甲氧苄胺嘧啶能显著(P<0.05)抑制大肠杆菌,喹乙醇+黄霉素组乳酸杆菌高于其他组。 The effects of various combinations of antibiotics in diet for sucking piglets were studied through its effect on growth performance and intestinal microbial populations. Twenty litters of piglets were assigned to five groups randomly, with four litters per group. These piglets were fed with corn-soybean basal diet, following five additive combinations which were added to the five groups respectively : oxytetracycline+ avilamycin, chlortetracycline + flavomycin, oxytetracycline+ lavomycinwa, olaquindox+ flavomycinwas, sulfadiazine+ trimethoprim. Fresh faecal samples were collected at 21 and 35 days of age to analyze for Escherichia coli and Lactobacillu. The results showed that none of the antibiotics combinations affected average daily weight gain during the first phase of nursery pe- riod, during the second phase, the 50 mg/kg oxytetracycline+ 20 mg/kg flavomycin treatment increased weight gain and improved feed efficiency together with reduction of diarrhoea (P〈0. 05), From the results of the whole nursery stage, the 100 mg/kg olaquindox+20 mg/kg flavomycin decreased diarrhoea significantly (P〈0.05). On the 21,35-day-old, the E. coli concentration of the 500 mg/kg sulfadiazine+ 100 mg/kg trimethoprim decreased significantly(P〈0.05), meanwhile, the100 mg/kg olaquindox +20 mg flavomycin had higher Lactobacilli concentration than the other groups.
