摘要
唐菖蒲"江山美人"经过0GY、25GY、50GY、75GY、100GY、150GY剂量60Co-γ射线照射后,对主要观赏性状变异进行观测并利用RAPD技术检测基因变异。建立了适用于唐菖蒲RAPD分子标记的反应体系,从12条随机引物中筛选出9条可扩增出多态性条带的引物。对扩增产物进行数据分析,结果表明RAPD技术能够检测出辐射后唐菖蒲基因组变异情况,可用于对唐菖蒲辐射后基因变异的分析。
Gladiolus "Advance red" was irradiated by ^60Co-γ with 0Gy, 25Gy, 50Gy, 75Gy, 100Gy, 150Gy. Its main quality indices were observed and variation of DNA were checked by RAPD analysis. The RAPD system of Gladiolus was optimized. Of the 12 random primers analyzed in this research, 9 primers can show steady and polymorphic amplification profiles. It implied that RAPD technique provided a new alternative for checking irradiation-induced effects.
