摘要
分别使用蒸馏滴定法和浸泡比色法对冻虾仁等水产品中亚硫酸盐的残留量测定进行了研究。结果表明,蒸馏滴定法中,盐酸为最佳酸化剂,0.1 mol/L NaOH溶液为最佳吸收剂,该方法回收率为58.67%~97.65%,其中,高浓度时样品回收率高达83.67%~97.65%,检出限为0.02 g/kg;浸泡比色法回收率为73.8%~97.61%,检出限为2×10^-4g/kg;测量同一样品,两种方法测定结果的相对偏差为0.37%。方法的建立为水产品中亚硫酸盐残留量的准确快速测定提供了依据。
This article researched the sulphites determining in aquatic products by the method of distillation and titration and colorimetry. The result showed that hydrochloric acid was the best acidification and 0.1 mol/L NaOH was the best absorbent in the former . To the first method, the recovery rate lied between 58.67~97.65% when all concentration and 83.67~97.65% when high concentration. Determining limit was 0.02 g/kg. The results of the second method showed that the recovery rate lied between 73. 8% ~97. 61% and determining limit was 2× 10^-4 g/kg. Relative windage of these two results was 0.37%. The study offers exact and double-quick method of sulphites determining in aquatic products.
