摘要
从山西大同地区采集的土样中分离到一株具有广谱杀菌活性的链霉菌菌株M18,经初步鉴定为链霉菌属的黄色类群(Streptomyces. flavus)。杀菌活性测定表明:M18菌株与大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、烟草赤星病菌、马铃薯干腐病菌有拮抗作用,抑菌圈透明且直径达到了20 mm以上。M18菌株的发酵原液对西瓜枯萎病菌、番茄早疫病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、玉米大斑病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、苹果炭疽病菌的菌丝生长抑制率均在75%以上,对苹果腐烂病菌、玉米大斑病菌、棉花枯萎病菌孢子的萌发抑制率在50%以上,对假丝酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有明显抑制的作用。
A actinomycete strain producing a broad-spectrum antifungal substance was isolated from the soil in Datong Shanxi. The strain numbered M18 was initially classified into Streptomyces. flavus. The result indicated that M18 has antagonism against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Fusar- ium solani and Alernaria longipes, the diameter of inhibition zone were over 20 mm. Studied by my- celium growth method,result showed that the metabolite had an inhibition rate of mycelium growth o- ver 75 ~ against six kinds of fungi. Researched by spores germination method, the authors found that it also had an inhibition rate above 50% against germination of spores of there kinds of fungi. And it could inhibit the growth of two kinds of bacteria.
