摘要
面对学生学力呈下降趋势的现实危机及"教育病理"现象的蔓延,为进一步推进课程原理与学校改革理念的转换,持续提高义务教育质量,以2005年10月日本中央教育审议会发表的《创造新时代的义务教育》的咨询报告为标志,日本义务教育改革的步伐进一步加快,改革的力度进一步加大。该报告指明了日本义务教育改革的基本方向,提出了改革的宏观结构与战略构想,对其进行深入的分析与研究,对于深化我国当前正在进行的基础教育课程改革,全面推进素质教育具有重要的参考与借鉴价值。
Facing to the downtrend of students＇ achievement and extending of the education pathology, in order to facilitate the conversion of curricula principle and the idea of education reform, Japan quickened the reformatory step and increased the strength in compulsive education with the sign of the consultation report of creating new age compulsive education. The basic direction,macrostructure and stratagem of Japanese compulsive education were developed in the report, so deeply analyzed it we could get some reference on present reform of basic education curricula in our country.
