摘要
少年儿童前交叉韧带（anterior crucial ligament，ACL）损伤的真正发生率是不太清楚的，Shea等曾对在美国Bene-marc保险公司投保的少年儿童足球运动员的损伤情况进行调查，5年来有8215名足球运动员发生各种运动损伤。其中膝关节损伤占22％，前交叉韧带损伤占膝关节损伤的31％，占全部运动损伤的6．7%。
