慢性移植肾肾病的新型生物标志物 被引量:1

摘要 近年来肾移植发展迅速,随着新型免疫抑制剂的应用,移植肾的1年存活率大大提高,但远期存活率仍较低。慢性移植肾肾病(CAN)是移植肾远期功能丧失的主要原因之一,而CAN缺乏有效的治疗手段,一旦发展到晚期,则移植肾纤维化难以避免。目前诊断CAN的金标准是肾活检,要早期发现CAN,最有价值的检查手段就是程序性肾活检,但这种定期的创伤性检查患者往往难以接受,也不便于动态监测,并且肾活检的病理结果受活检取材数量与部位的影响,难以标准化,不利于进行随机对照临床试验研究。
