摘要
旅行社的分工体系正确的构建和优化的发展,对旅行社行业的整体效益有很大的影响。本文从分析中国旅行社业结构的现状入手,根据中国旅行社水平分工体系所反映的问题,提出了其分工体系今后的发展趋势,并探讨中国旅行社业分工体系的构建方式。
The construction and optimization development of labor- division system will greatly affect the whole benefit of travel agency. Based on the analysis of China travel service＇ s current status, this paper puts forward the development tendency of labor- division system and discuses its construction mode.
