摘要
采用断续流动氢化物发生原子荧光方法测定茶树叶中的痕量汞,在优化的实验条件下,汞的检出限为0.03ng/mL。利用该方法测定了茶树叶样品中的汞含量,回收率在95%~103%之间。
A sensitive method for the determination of trace mercury in tea leaves was developed by using the intermittent flow hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limit was 0.03 ng/mL for mercury. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of mercury in tea leaves sample with the recoveries within the range of 95 % - 103 %.
