带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨骨折的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 保守治疗在肱骨骨折治疗中仍然占有重要地位,大部分的肱骨骨折用非手术方法有很好的疗效。手术有一定的适应证,外固定架、动力加压钢板(DCP)、髓内钉等固定方法都已是经典的术式,带锁髓内钉(intramedullary interlocking nail,IMN)一般适用于节段性骨折、病理性骨折及伴有骨质疏松的骨折,适合肱骨外科颈下方2cm至鹰嘴窝上方3cm以内的骨折,病理性骨折或将要骨折(impending fracture)是IMN的最佳适应证。
