尺骨冠突骨折与复杂性肘关节骨折脱位 被引量：29

摘要 尺骨冠突（coronoid process of the ulna）骨折，无论在基础还是临床方面，以前并不受重视，这可能是因为：（1）单独的冠突骨折很少见；（2）在合并复杂肘关节损伤时，医生多将注意力放在其他损伤上；（5）冠突的骨折块多很小，认为其对肘关节的稳定性没有太大的影响；（4）因为骨块太小，在细的空心螺钉发明以前，能采用的固定技术有限。但近10多年来，尤其2002年Pugh和Ring等提出肘关节恐怖三联征（terrible triad of the elbow）的概念以来，
