两种根管治疗法治疗早期隐裂牙的疗效分析

Comparison of Clinical Effects between Single Visit RCT and Several Visit RCT for Early Cracked Teeth

目的观察两种根疗法治疗早期隐裂牙的疗效。方法对290颗早期隐裂牙进行牙位,年龄,性别等配对,随机分成根管治疗一次法组和根管治疗分次法组。治疗结束采用烤瓷全冠修复。观察近期牙齿保存率及2年后牙齿的临床及X线表现。结果一次法组全冠修复前无牙齿劈裂,多次法组则有26颗牙齿发生劈裂,占17%,两组间有显著性差异;2年后随访所有保留下来的牙齿的治疗成功率,实验组稍高于对照组,但无统计学差异。结论一次法根管治疗并即时全冠修复治疗隐裂牙是可行的。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of single visit root canal therapy （RCT） and several visit RCT for the early cracked teeth. Methods 290 early cracked teeth were randomly divided into two groups：single visit RCT and several visit RCT. Their responses were compared, then were treated by employing porcelain complete veneer crown rehabilitation. Results Several visit RCT happened 26 cracked teeth fracture. Cracked teeth were followed up for two years, the long-term therapeutic effects of single visit RCT were better than those of several visit RCT. but no statistical differences, Conclusions One visit RCT and immediate complete coronal restoration are recommended for the early cracked teeth.
