摘要
文中介绍了国内某些电厂除氧器设备爆破的主要原因,如运行误操作、系统缺陷、检修遗留隐患、设备老化等问题。针对以上原因,提出了在今后除氧器设备运行和检修中采取某些必要措施。讨论了除氧器超压运行的原因,阐述了除氧器水箱产生裂纹的机理,并且提出除氧器水箱也应进行必要的热处理、以及避免除氧器水箱腐蚀的一些办法。
Main reasons such as mlsoperating, of explosion of the deaerators in some power plants in China have been described in the article, fault in the system, hidden trouble left in maintemance and the aging of equipment, etc. Some countermeasures uecessary have been put forward during the future operation and the maintenance of the deaerator against above--mentioned reasons. The reasons of overpressure operation of the deaerator have been discussed, the mechanism of crack occurence of deaerator tank has been described, the countermeasure of neccessery heat treatment for the tank has peen put forward and the ways to prevent the tank from corrosion have been introduced in the article.
