摘要
循环水泵振动大出力不足,主要是因两轴中心线的位置调整不当,改动上基础台板、校正垂线,致使两轴中心线与径向轴承、中间轴承、泵壳的中心位置偏差增大,泵在运行中动静碰擦而造成叶片磨损及叶片安装偏差致使泵的出力不足。经调整,采用两轴中心线与上台板、上、下橡胶轴承座、密封圈、基础座的同轴度同步调整工艺,并适当改变叶片安装角度,消除了泵的振动及出力不足的缺陷。
The reasons of large vibration and insufficient capacity of the circulating pump is mainly the unsuitable position of the centerline between two shafts, changing of the upper table plate, rectifying verticality so as to lead the deviation of the centerline between two shafts increased against the center position of the radial bearing, intermediate bearing and pump casing, wearing of blade because of damaging during pump operation and installing deviation leading to insufficient capacity. All defaults such as pump vibration and insufficient capacity have been removed after adjustment like coaxial adjustment between the centerline of two shafts and the bearing seat, sealing washer and foundation seat. Suitable blade degree changing during the installation has removed the defaults like pump vibration and insuficient capacity.
