介绍了薄壁件冲裁模的设计方法及模具特点,对薄壁件冲裁模的设计方案进行了分析、比较,阐述了采用复合模进行冲裁的合理性,对设计各种薄壁件冲裁模的设计者和模具生产厂家可起到一个参考作用。
The design method and die characteristics of blanking die for thin-wall part were introduced, The design solution of blanking die was analyzed and compared. Rationality of usage of compound die was discussed. The design provides a reference to both designers and manufacturers of similar part.
