摘要
鉴于滚动轴承在旋转机械中发挥的关键作用,对其进行故障诊断具有重要的现实意义。本文以共振解调理论为基础,采用神经网络和基于规则的诊断模式,实现了轴承故障的特征提取和智能诊断。最终,构建了基于Web的轴承故障诊断系统,实现了远程协同诊断。
Rolling bearing is frequently used as a crucial part in rotating machine, it is worth diagnosing bearing fault in practice. In this paper, some theories, which are resonance-demodulation fault, production rule and neural networks technology, are applied to extract fault features and construct diagnosis modes, which are intelligent, accurate and remote collaboration working. Finally, a Web-based software architecture model is designed using Object Oriented Programming(OOP).
