我国各省(市、自治区)高技术产业发展水平因子分析与综合评价 被引量:14

The Factor Analysis of and Comprehensive Evaluation on the Development Level of High-tech Industry in Different Provinces in China

摘要 建立了高技术产业发展水平的综合评价指标体系,采用主成分因子分析法进行了有效降维,得出了衡量高技术产业发展水平的四个公共因子,构建了相应的客观加权的综合评价模型.通过对31个省(市、自治区)的定量分析,发现了我国高技术产业在东西部发展不均衡,在东部地区尤其是珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、环渤海地区显示出明显优势的特点,这与我国实情吻合甚好.最后,根据因子得分分布图将31个省(市、自治区)分成了10类,分类提出了如何加速高技术产业发展的建议. We suppose an index system for the comprehensive evaluation on the development level of High-tech Industry by method of the factor analysis of the principle component. This method effectively reduces the dimensions of the index system and four key factors are selected to evaluate the development level of High-tech Industry. Then an objective weighting comprehensive evaluation model is correspondingly set up by. this means. Via quantitatively analyzing of 31 different provinces in China, the findings obtained are that there exits an unbalanced development of High-tech Industry between Eastern and Western parts in China. As we expected, the great superiority in High-tech industry is shown in the Eastern part, especially in Zhu River Delta, Chang River Delta and Areas surrounded by Bo Hai. In the end, according to scores distribution map of common factors in factor analysis, 31 different provinces are divided into 10 categories, and then some constructive suggestions on how to accelerate the development level of High-tech Industry for each category are provided.
