摘要
介绍了自行设计开发的ERW 610焊管机组。着重分析了该机组的核心区段——成形焊接段在预成形、粗成形、精成形、焊接挤压机构以及定径机构等方面独有的特点,以及在孔型设计方面的新突破。试验测试及生产应用证明,该机组达到了设计的目标。
This article introduces the developed and designed 610 ERW unit,and emphasize its core section—forming and welding section,the 610 ERW unit own its exclusive characteristic in pre-forming,rough forming,precision forming,welding pressing machine and sizing machine,and also have made new breakthrough at the aspects of design of pass.Test results and application of production shown that the unit achieved the anticipated target of design.
