跨海铁路轮渡渡船的交通安全监控系统有防爆等级、安全联动控制等严格要求。本文详细论述了整个交通控制系统的体系结构,实现了配电电路、控制电路以及驱动电路的设计,同时研讨了上层监视系统与底层控制系统PLC的通信功能,实现用户指令、参数及现场信息的传递。整个控制系统能够完成既定的调度任务,实现了信息化的控制与监控。
The cross-sea train ferry transportation security control system has strict requirements on explosion protection and safety linkage control.This article elaborates the structure of the whole control system and the method of how to realize the electricity and the driver circuits.Additionally,discuss the communication between the upper monitor system and the lower control system with PLC,and realize the transfer of instructions and current information.In conclusion,the whole control system can achieve the decided scheduling tasks and realize digital control and monitoring.
