Relationship between men and water in harmony of people and nature

从中国古代"天人合一"思想的演变发展,到近代工业革命后人们对人与自然关系的日益重视以及我国改革开放后伴随着经济社会发展而对资源环境问题的重视,论述人与自然和谐的问题。指明人水关系和谐是人与自然和谐的基础,并对调整人水关系、实现人水和谐阐述了5个方面的理解。

The harmony of people and nature is discussed from the evolutional development of ancient thought of ＂heaven and men are one＂, till attention paid increasingly to the relationship between people and nature after modern industrial revolution and issues related to resources and environment brought by economic and social development after the reform of China. It is mentioned that the relationship between people and water is the basis of harmony of people and nature and understandings in five respects are presented to adjust relationship between people and water so as to realize harmony of people and water.
