This paper analyses the causes of the two great historical incidents, namely, ＂Chinese Jin Trader＇s prosperity＂ and ＂American stock market＇s trust crisis＂： the powerful internal institution and the internal institution based social trust are the main causes of Chinese Jin Trader＇s prosperity the lack of the internal institution is the fundamental cause of American stock market＇s trust crisis nowadays. The lessons the two great historical incidents leave for us have a great impact on building up the socialist market economy that we are launching today.
