摘要
随着能源需求的剧增,矿井建设逐渐向深处发展,随之而来的冻结管断裂等问题浮出水面,特深厚冲积层矿井建设问题成为一个急需解决的难题。本文采用ANSYS数值模拟方法对冻结法凿井所涉及到的冻结壁的厚度、平均温度、开挖段高、开挖段暴露时间等影响冻结壁稳定性的因素进行了仿真分析,得出了有价值的结果,对工程设计起到了一定参考作用。
With the leaping requirement of energy sources, the mining well construct becomes deeper. At the same time, the wall starts to damage, and freezing tube falls fracture failure. The problem of special thick alluvium mining well construction needs to be solved fast. The paper simulates the displacement of the frozen wall by the way of mathematic analysis .The result could lead the project.
