摘要
本文介绍了一种发动机排气管余热发电方法,探讨了适用于该方法的发电装置。本体为管状结构,其管壁为热电转换器主体,中部为排气管路通道,外层设有低温冷却端,内壁设有高温吸热端,电流输出端子分别接低温冷却端和高温吸热端。将本发电装置的高温吸热端直接放入排气管内,使其充分吸收热量,同时车体、空气及发动机冷却水对热电转换器低温端进行冷却。利用车船发动机排气管800℃以上的高温和冷却端的低温进行温差发电,使能源再利用,节约能源。
This paper introduces a method of remaining heat power generation in engine vent-pipe, discusses the generating electricity device to be applicable to that method. Noumenon is tube structure, and the wall of tube is main body of thermoelectricity conversion, The central section is the vent-pipe passage, The outside layer establishes the low temperature cooling end, the high temperature absorbing heat end inside the tube wall, and the electric current outputs connect the two end respectively. The high temperature absorbing heat end of the generating electricity device is put into the vent-pipe directly, for making full of absorption quantity of heat. At the same time bodywork, air and engine cooling water cool low temperature end of thermoelectricity conversion implement. The difference in temperature between the engine vent-pipe heat above 800℃ and the low temperature cooling end of car and ship is tuade use by generating electricity, which can make energy used again and save energy.
