摘要
Neumayer等报道125例PD的患者血浆中α-synuclein（10．3±22．6）ng·mL^-1。50名正常人为（29．4±11．6）ng·mL^-1。因此，提出如果血浆α-synuclein低于12．5ng·mL^-1，提示PD诊断敏感度为83％，特异度为92％。本研究尚未与MSA路易小体阴性的PD作比较。
