高同型半胱氨酸血症与多发性硬化的关系初探 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨血清总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)与多发性硬化(MS)的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测37例MS患者(MS组)和40名正常对照(NC组)血清中tHcy浓度。结果:MS组和NC组血清中tHcy浓度分别为(23.76±1.659)μmol·L-1、(15.50±1.764)μmol·L-1。MS组tHcy浓度明显高于NC组(P<0.01),而两组叶酸、维生素B12浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);原发进展型、继发进展型和缓解复发型,各型MS组血清tHcy、叶酸、维生素B12水平相比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MS患者血清中tHcy水平升高,可能在病理过程中发挥作用。 Aim. To investigate the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: Fasting serum total homocysteine(tHcy) was determined by high performance liquid chromatograph with 37 MS and 40 normal control (NC). Results: The mean concentrations of tHcy of MS and NC were (23.76 ± 1.659) μmol·L^-1,(15.50 ± 1.764)μmol·L^-1 respectively. The mean concentration of tHcy of MS is obviously higher than NC (P〈0.01), while there was no difference about folic acid and vitamin B 12 (P 〉 0.05). Among subgroups of MS(primary progressive, secondary progressive, relapsing/remitting), the mean levels of total homocysteine, folic acid and vitamin B12 were no different notably (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : The level of tHcy is higher in MS, hyperhomocysteinemia may contribute to the course of MS.
