摘要
目的:观察不同时辰按灵龟八法开穴针刺的抗氧化效应差异。方法:选用健康豚鼠182只,随机分为12个时辰针刺组和1个空白对照组,每组14只。时辰针刺组在子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥12个时辰里按照灵龟八法开穴针刺,每日1次,连续7d。观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)治疗前后的变化。结果:健康豚鼠在12个时辰里SOD活力和MDA含量各不相同,SOD活力午时最高,子时最低;MDA含量子时最高,午时最低。灵龟八法针刺可提高健康豚鼠SOD活力,卯时升高幅度最大,午时升高幅度最小;亦可降低丙二醛的含量,午时降低幅度最大,亥时降低幅度最小。结论:不同时辰按灵龟八法开穴针刺对豚鼠血清SOD和MDA的影响存在差异,灵龟八法可以提高健康豚鼠SOD活力,降低MDA含量。
Objective To compare anti-oxidative effects of acupuncture at different Shichen (traditional twelve two-hour periods) according to eight methods of the intelligent turtle. Methods One hundred and eighty-two healthy guinea pigs were divided into 12 shichen acupuncture groups and 1 blank control group, 14 guinea pigs in each group. The acupuncture groups were treated with acupuncture at Zi (23 : 00-1 : 00), Chou ( 1 : 00-3 : 00), Yin (3:00-5:00), Mao (5:00-7:00), Chen (7:00-9:00), Si (9:00-11:00), Wu (11:00-13:00), Wei (13..00-15:00), Shen (15:00-17:00), You (17:00-19:00), Xu (19:00-21:00), Hal (21..00-23:00) periods according to the eight methods of the intelligent turtle, once each day, for 7 consecutive days. Changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity after treatment were observed. Results SOD activities and MDA contents at the 12 periods were different in the healthy guinea pigs, SOD activity at Wu period was the highest and the lowest at Zi period; MDA content was the highest at Zi period and the lowest at Wu period. The needling method according to eight methods of the intelligent turtle could increase SOD activity in the guinea pigs. The increasing amplitude of SOD activity was the largest at Mao period and the smallest at the Wu period; it also could decreased MDA content, the decreasing amplitude of MDA was the largest at Wu period and the smallest at Hal period. Conclusion Acupuncture at different periods according to eight methods of intelligent turtle has different effects on serum SOD and MDA, which can increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content in the healthy guinea pig.
