MAXl320是Maxim公司最新推出的并行14位8通道同步采集的A/D转换芯片。本文介绍了MAX1320特性和工作原理,讨论了由MAX1320构成的8通道14位同步模数转换电路,分析了它与ARM7的接口,实现了8路差动模入的瞬时采样,满足了基于ARM7的电能质量监测仪对数据采集的要求。
MAX1320 is a synchronous A/D conversion chip with 14 bit 8 roads produced by Maxim. This paper introduces the characteristics and work principles of MAX1320, discusses the 14 bit 8 roads synchronous data-acquisition circuits made up of MAX1320, and analyzes the interface between MAX1320 and ARM7. This interface realizes the instant sampling with 8 differential inputs, and satisfies the data-acquisition demands of the electric power quality monitoring instrument based on ARMT.
