摘要
本文阐述了基于虚拟仪器技术实现网络频率特性测试的几种方法,并以多步法为基础介绍用于测试电路板频率特性的扫频仪的开发。文中主要介绍了该扫频仪的具体设计方法、工作流程,并以模块化仪器硬件PXI-5412和PXI-6132作为硬件基础,在虚拟仪器开发环境LabVIEW7下进行程序的开发。最后结合一个测试实例证明,基于虚拟仪器开发的扫频仪可充分利用系统的模块化仪器硬件资源,实现对滤波功能的电路板的频率特性测试,增强了整个测试系统的测试功能和满足了不同的测试需要,且测试结果准确可靠。
Some methods on testing network frequency-characteristic based on virtual instrument is introduced. A swept instrument design including concrete technical solution, work flow for testing frequency characteristic on the circuit board on the basis of multi-step is developed as well. modularized instrument PXI-5412 和 PXI-6132 are chosen as the hardware basis while LabVIEW7 is the software plat for application program developing.. Test results indicates that hardware resources can get full use by this swept instrument. It is capable of accurate frequency characteristic measurement for circuit with filter function, so it enhances the measurement ability and fulfilled different measurement needs with precise and reliable results.
